Realizing that you and your family need protection against the financial hardship that the high cost of medical care can bring, @TG offers a medical benefit plan that provides coverage for hospital, surgical, and other medical care. This plan provides both In-Network and Out-of-Network coverage. You can use any "preferred provider" In-Network without a referral. When using the "preferred provider," there are no claim forms to be completed. For Out-of-Network services you pay a nominal deductible. |
